One campaign brief. Banners and landing pages.

I designed and built an internal application that turns campaign briefs into visual concepts, placement variants and editable landing pages.

The interface and the service behind it are part of the same project.

The task

A campaign needs assets in several shapes and sizes, along with exact headlines, logos and legal copy. It may also need a landing page using the same campaign material.

Creative Builder brings those steps into a shared production workflow.

The workflow

  1. Brief
  2. Visual concepts
  3. Placement variants
  4. Review and export

The landing-page builder adds section editing, breakpoint controls and an export package for the page.

One brief becomes several concepts; the approved concept is then rendered across every placement the media plan needs. Type, logo and legal furniture are composited as real layers after generation — never drawn by the model.

The interface, abstracted. A marketer describes the campaign; the tool supplies everything about how it should look.

Design decisions

  1. 01

Keep brand direction in the application

The user enters the product, audience and offer. The application's brand direction supplies the visual treatment.

That separation gives the team a defined starting point for each brief and gives the brand direction one place to be maintained.

  2. 02

    Separate artwork from exact content

The image model produces artwork. Headlines, logos and legal copy are composited afterwards as separate layers.

Those elements remain part of the layout system, rather than depending on the model to reproduce the letters and shapes correctly. Image models render text unreliably, and a banner is mostly text.

  3. 03

Produce placements from an approved concept

A selected concept becomes the basis for the campaign's placement variants.

The workflow handles the different proportions within the same campaign, so the user can review the concept first and then its size-specific outputs.

  4. 04

Make storage part of the interface

The application shows storage usage and associates generated batches with their owner. Administrators can browse, sort and clear generated work.

Asset production and asset management are both represented in the application.

What I delivered

A banner-generation workflow, a section-based landing-page builder, administration controls and the application service.

Project note

This application is internal. The diagrams on this page explain the workflow without showing company campaigns or production screens.
