Leasing that leads with the monthly payment

I designed websites and application flows for Amigo Leasing, a Bulgarian company that leases used cars and offers cash loans.

The file covers the 2022 homepage, a newer car marketplace and the steps of the online application. The 2022 homepage is live at amigoleasing.bg.

01 · The project

The project

Amigo leases used cars, offers sale-and-leaseback and lends cash — products people choose by the monthly payment rather than the total price.

The file is divided into three parts — the public website, the application flow and the client portal — with desktop and mobile frames for each.

Design decisions

  1. 01

The calculator is the first screen

The 2022 homepage puts the payment calculator beside the headline: the car's price, the down payment and the term on sliders, the monthly payment and the financed amount beneath them, and one Apply button.

On a phone the calculator follows the headline and the car photograph, with the same sliders at full width.

  2. 02

Priced by the month, in leva and in euro

The newer marketplace lists each car by its monthly payment in both currencies, with the full price beside it. A switch in the filters sets which currency leads.

The filters cover brand, model, years, body type, price range, engine, gearbox, city and dealer, with one link to clear them all.

  3. 03

A leasing request without the VIN

The leasing request asks about the car in three ways: its VIN, a link to the listing, or neither — "I don't have the VIN information" is an answer, not a dead end. The make, model, year and engine follow.

The parameters the customer chose stay in view beside the form: financed amount, down payment, term and the monthly payment.

The money step draws its failure too

The cash loan ends with a choice: confirm online, or visit an office. The file also draws what happens when the online confirmation fails — a dialog that says so and sends the customer to an office to finish.

The application before it runs as four named steps: registration, personal data, loan details and confirmation.

03 · What I delivered

What I delivered

The 2022 homepage at desktop and mobile widths, a car marketplace with its results, car and leasing-request pages, the cash-loan application and money steps, and a contact page with office locations.

04 · What I would revisit

What I would revisit

The cash-loan screens still carry another lender's representative example in their footer, left in as placeholder legal text. I would write Amigo's own example before any screen went to development: the legal copy on a loan page is part of the design, not filler.

Project note

The visuals are reconstructed from the design file, with Panton set in Poppins. The live site at amigoleasing.bg carries the 2022 homepage; the marketplace and application screens are shown from the file.

One gradient, orange to pink-red, carries the headline blocks, the results and the buttons; charcoal carries the text.
